Planning starts with a conversation, not a brochure. We ask where you have been, how you like to move through a day, what you would rather avoid, and what the date range actually is. Nothing is quoted until we have those answers, because a price without them is a guess that will change twice.
The written brief
Within a few days you get a document: cities in order, nights allocated, driving days flagged as long or short, and the things worth booking early. It is meant to be argued with. Most routes change after the first version, and that is the point of sending it before anything is held.
Quotes you can compare
Once the shape is agreed we price it. You receive the main itinerary plus one lighter and one fuller alternative, so you are comparing three real options rather than one figure with no context. Suppliers are listed at cost and our fee sits on its own line.
- Hotels named, not described as four-star category.
- Guide days and transfer times shown separately.
- Entry fees and permits listed whether we book them or you do.
Holding the trip
A deposit holds the rooms and the guides. From that point the file is assigned to one agent who answers your messages, tracks the payments, and reissues the documents whenever a date moves. You are never passed between departments.
Before you leave
About three weeks out we send the final pack: vouchers, addresses in the local script, the numbers to call, and a short note on what has changed since the first draft. Read it once and you will not need to open it again while you travel.
