Group trips fail on two things: too many people and a pace nobody admits to in advance. We cap departures at twelve and publish the walking level, the driving hours and the start and finish times on the itinerary itself, so you can judge whether the trip suits you rather than trusting an adjective.
What fixed dates mean
Each departure has a confirmed guide, confirmed rooms and a confirmed start date. If the minimum number has not been reached by the cut-off, we tell you early and offer the next date or a full refund. Nobody is left discovering a cancellation at the airport.
The pace, honestly
Every listing gives the longest driving day in hours, the number of early starts, and the amount of walking involved in a city day. Steps, uneven ground and heat are called out where they matter. If a day is genuinely hard, it says so in the text.
- Maximum twelve travellers, usually eight to ten.
- One guide for the whole route, named before you book.
- Rooms on request; singles available at a stated supplement.
What is included
Accommodation, breakfasts and most dinners, ground transport, entries and the guide are included. Flights to the start point, visas and personal spending are not, and the inclusion list sits next to the price rather than in a separate tab.
Solo travellers
Roughly half of every group arrives alone. There is no single supplement if you are willing to share with another traveller of the same gender, and if no share is available you are charged the published single rate only.
